The Phu My Hung Corporation said it will start selling 158 apartment units in Building A of its Riverside Residence project in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 7 on March 1. The apartments are 81-477 square meters in size, starting at VND 37 million (US $2.155) per square meter. The Riverside Residence project, worth $200 million, comprises five buildings name A through E with a total of 671 apartment units and 51 stores.<\/p>\n
The first phase of the project, Building E, was launched earlier this month, helping to warm up the city’s real estate market. All 133 apartment units of the building have been registered for purchase ang buyers can sign contracts from February 28.<\/p>\n
Truong Quoc Hung, a marketing manager at Phu My Hung Corporation, said the Riverside Residence has the “best facilities to date” in Phu My Hung and is located at a beautiful site.
