Happy Residence, a new housing project by the Phu My Hung Development Corporation, was opened sales on October 11th, 2015 with over 500 prospects. Phu My Hung said in the first phase of sales, 99 per cent of 142 condos of block A were reserved within 49 minutes. The next phase with block B will be opened in November 2015.<\/p>\n
