CSC established in 2006 with mission to handover of the house or the land to customers, repairing and maintaining residents\u2019 facilities during warranty period.<\/p>\n<p>After more than 11 years operation, CSC has been outreached and enhanced to become a place with full of functional departments which manage, operate and ensure the best condition for the urban area as well as the comfortable living space of residents.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/phumyhung.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/trung-tam-phuc-vu-khac-hang.jpg\" data-lbwps-width=\"1008\" data-lbwps-height=\"756\"><img customers\u2019 documents, requests and complaints to responsible departments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hand \u2013<\/strong><strong>\u00a0over team<\/strong>: Doing the handover work and managing the houses that haven\u2019t sold or handed over.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Construction management team<\/strong>: Doing the land delivery work to customers, managing self-build houses &amp; interior decoration works in Phu My Hung.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complex management team:\u00a0<\/strong>Checking the complex operation and cooperating with the involved functional depts for maintaining, repairing all equipment, community facilities and any requests or complaints from customers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cashier team:\u00a0<\/strong>Collecting water, gas and management fees<strong>\u2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Maintenance team:\u00a0<\/strong>Maintaining and repairing all equipment related to electricity, water and community facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img in Phu My Hung new urban.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CSC will instruct customers how to apply for water, electricity, gas, cable TV and ADSL and connect with involved functional departments for supplying water \u2013 electricity for self-build houses. Besides that CSC also guide customers how to connect with local police station for making basic legal procedures such as household registration, birth certificate\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Building up a civilization city and a culture community<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CSC\u2018s responsible for leading over 30.000 residents building up a civilization city and a culture community. To Phu My Hung new urban, customers will never see winding roads or poor sanitation. As soon as a house purchasing contract is made, customer should be signed a compliance contract about \u201cRegulations for residents\u201d and \u201c construction regulations\u201d which definite what should and should not be done in Phu My Hung new urban. For example, residents are not allowed to expand the used area or change the exterior decoration that influence on the common beauty of the urban area.
